Eileen is the HR Manager at HighVista Strategies, where she manages the firm’s Human Resources Department. Prior to joining HighVista in 2024, Eileen worked as the Director of HR at Connell LP. Previously, she worked at Skyhook, a GPS company. She has been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years working both in New York City and the Boston area.
